Kelsey’s diverse skillset includes organizational management, government affairs, and partnership engagement. Through Lents Mazur & Associates, Kelsey’s primary focus is on project management.

For the last six years Kelsey led the work of the Missouri Chapter, American Academy of Pediatrics (MOAAP) as the Executive Director. Kelsey has over 15 years of experience combined in Missouri politics and government, including managing Secretary of State Robin Carnahan’s 2008 campaign where Carnahan was reelected, receiving more than 1.7 million votes – at the time the most votes ever cast for a candidate in Missouri history.

Kelsey is a life-long Missourian, born in Monroe City and now living in Columbia; she understands well the urban, exurban and rural landscapes. She received both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from the University of Missouri. Kelsey and her husband Danny are the busy parents of two young boys.
